| Our Tax Assessment system lets you form grand lists for Real Estate, Personal Property, Motor Vehicle, and MV Supplements. The system produces all of the reports you will need to control report and analyze the assessment of property. | |||
| Tools To Help You Move Quickly | |||
| You have immediate access to accounts by List Number, Name, Location Map, Lessee, Tag and Vehicle ID. In addition you can use our AnyName access to locate a property owner even if they appear as the second or joint owner. Our public inquiry provides the public with the same access at you r counter. Access your current year for updating, and any published year for C of C’s. You can even continue with your property transfers for the new year all fall. | |||
| Real Estate Property Attributes | |||
| Along with the basic information identifying real estate and its assessment, you can store notes, and attach documents. You have support for all of the State's assessment and exemption categories, and elderly programs, including a Local exemption and an addition exemption you can define for your town. | |||
| Personal Property Schedules | |||
| You can sore personal property schedules, and monitor their change from year to year. Personal property can be classed by Standard Industry Code (SIC), Location and Lessee. | |||
| After the Grand List | |||
| The computer helps you make any certificate of correction to any list. It simplifies the correction process by not only recording the changes but by producing C of C forms, Prorate Letters, Destroyed Vehicle Letters and other forms. The computer will even speak to our tax collection system to make sure the tax collector has the latest change information. | |||
| It’s Well Connected | |||
| Our system talks to many of today's valuation systems such as Vision and Proval. The next time you revalue your town's property you can choose a revaluation company and valuation package without worrying that they cannot meet the State's reporting requirements; Our administrative package can keep you humming along talking to your valuation software via ODBC so all of your data appears to be in one big lump. In addition, if it is necessary, our system can phase in a revaluation over any period you specify. | |||
